The Membership Committee: The Executive Board shall appoint a Membership Committee to conduct activities to welcome new members to the chapter and make recommendations to the executive board for recruiting new members to the chapter membership. The Committee shall have at least three (3) Members, one of whom shall be the Secretary, and one of whom shall be the member at large liaison.
